We are looking for a Call Center Representative able to work in a Hospice and Homecare Administrative Offices.  Incoming and Outgoing calls, managing patients and their relatives phone calls in order to receive an adequate service and home medical treatment.  Sorting documents, faxing and other clerical duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Experience:

  • Customer service experience
  • High call volume management
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & EMR)
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
  • Fast learning skills
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Able to work well under supervision as well as independently
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent work ethics
  • Professionalism
  • Responsible
